The UMP .45 from Heckler and Koch was designed to provide a compact sub-machine gun, that had significant stopping power.

In airsoft terms, we inherit the awesome package, as well as the benefits its size has to offer. Especially since this model from Umarex is officially licensed!

Constructed primarily out of plastic, the UMP is reasonably lightweight for a gun of its size, whilst still packing a serious punch. Majority of the weight comes from its Version 3 gearbox, which comes with steel gears and a polycarbonate piston as standard.

When you pick up the UMP, one of the first things you notice is that the stock is surprisingly large; it is comfortable, however you are almost at full extension with it. For those times you need to cut down the size, you can fold the stock. So whether you're clearing rooms, or just for transport and storage, it is incredibly useful. The folding stock also serves to access the battery compartment; fold the stock, and you reveal the trap door for the battery compartment. Built for 8.4v NiMh stick batteries (1x included), they sit along the top of the gearbox.

The magazines for this model hold 400 BB's, making it very easy to game with straight out of the box (even without spares)
