The majority of airsoft guns on the market are battery powered AEG (Auto Electric Guns); these use internal gearboxes to fire, and over time parts wear down and need replacing.

Servicing your gearbox can give your gun a whole new lease of life, as well as identifying any areas that might be worth upgrading (e.g. trigger, gears, piston etc.). Getting into the mechbox to see if it needs any new small springs fitted, cleaning out the tired old grease, reshimming, and in general giving it a good once over to make sure that everything is right can make a massive difference. If your gun is acting up, it may be worth getting it serviced

This service is the labour charge for any gearbox work (i.e fitting a new gearset, servicing your gun, upgrading your rate of fire, etc.) and does not include parts. If you would like any parts fitted during the service, please add them to the cart with your order. Otherwise, if your gearbox requires parts during its repair/upgrade, the tech will choose accordingly.

This service is operated in-house, and to avail of it simply call into the shop, or you can send your gun into us (and purchase this online).

Repairs take between 7-10 days

There are two tiers of guns; if you have a Krytac Vector, M14, or TM NGRS (Next-Generation Recoil Shock), these are all Tier 2. Otherwise, you're in Tier 1.
