Orders are processed Monday to Friday during regular business hours. We offer several payment methods, and some may settle faster than others. Once payments have settled, your order will be sent for picking & packing. If there is a problem with your order, a member of our team will contact you via the phone number provided, or via email. You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details, and if you have any issues, you can contact us by phone (01 456 8518), or email (info@hobbyairsoft.ie).
Our orders are delivered with DPD Couriers, GLS couriers, and AnPost (depending on the order). The vast majority are delivered with DPD couriers, and we offer FREE delivery on all orders over €50. AnPost are used for Gift Vouchers where the postage option is collected.
Once the order has been received for packing, it will be with you in 1-2 working days for delivery. We endeavour to have all orders placed before 12pm processed & packed that day. Generally allow 1 working day for processing.
Gift vouchers are processed during our normal business hours - if you have selected the postage option, it can take 1 working day to process, and another 1-2 working days for delivery. Email is faster, neater, and more efficient, and is the preferred method of delivery.
If the order is received before 12pm (midday), you should receive your voucher on the email address provided on the same day.
Hobby Airsoft operate a click & collect service - orders placed online can be collected in our Dublin store, once payment has cleared. Orders cannot be released for collection without prior arrangement (via Click & Collect service, or direct contact after placing the order). You will need valid ID, and your order confirmation to collect your order.
To protect our business, and customers, from potential fraud, we cannot deliver to parcel forwarding companies (e.g. Parcel Motel) on your behalf, nor can we deliver to PO Boxes.
If you have used Parcel Motel as a delivery address, we will contact you directly to make alternate arrangements, which may incur additional delays.
Hobby Airsoft deliver all over the island of Ireland - we send all of our orders with GLS couriers, which will be delivered via Parcel Force in the UK.
Orders sent to Northern Ireland take approximately 1 working day to process, and 2-3 working days for delivery. We endeavour to have all orders placed before 12pm packed & processed same-day
Since Brexit, delivery to mainland UK (England, Scotland, and Wales) has become more challenging. Delivery is handled by national post service, and is only applicable for orders with a value of less than €300.
Orders take 1 working day to process, and delivery generally takes 3-5 working days, however customs delays outside of our control may cause additional delays.
We offer a wide range of products - some are eligible for shipping internationally, whilst others are not. Different countries have differnt laws surrounding Airsoft Guns, Pyrotechnics, Replicas, Knives etc.
As a result, if there is no shipping option available, it likely means that we cannot send an item in your order to the destination country. If you have an exemption, please contact us directly on info@hobbyairsoft.ie and we will process the order manually.
We are unable to ship to the United States or Canada
The cost of delivery depends on what you're ordering, and where it is being sent. For domestic orders (within the Republic of Ireland) we offer free shipping on orders greater than €50. For international orders, simply input your address during the checkout process, and the shipping costs will update.
